What happens when I request access?

We review your company setup and contact you about team size, source coverage, and pricing. Once the setup is approved, your company owner receives an invitation to create a password and open the workspace.

Can I add my employees?

Yes. Your company owner or an authorized team administrator can invite employees by work email, choose employee or manager access, and manage the company roster. Each person receives their own secure setup invitation.

I already received an invitation. Do I need to sign up?

Open the setup link in your invitation to create your password. If you already set up your account, use Sign in. You do not need to request a new company workspace.

What policy sources are included?

Available source coverage depends on the supported programs and your company setup. We confirm the sources your team needs before rollout so you know what is available for research.
